Paul has enjoyed a career in developing firms and businesses ahead of competitors, mainly in the professional service sector, in a wide variety of market conditions at local, regional, national and international levels. He has a proven track record of business growth through detailed understanding of the relationship between clients and the services they require. He has a versatile approach and extensive experience of focusing on the whole supply chain, achieving the design and implementation of appropriate strategies to maximise revenue, costs savings and opportunities.

Being a confident and skilled communicator, Paul has the ability to easily develop and foster strong beneficial relationships across the full range from clients, colleagues, suppliers, business partners and other external organisations. As the Commercial Director he brings his wide experience to this key role in the ongoing development of Baron Warren Redfern.
